Quick answers
What counts as a resource?
A resource is whatever gets booked — a laundry room, sauna, meeting room, berth or guest suite, for example. The number of resources in your plan sets how many different things you can list for booking.
Who counts as a user?
Everyone with a login, admins included. A shared PIN login (Standard plan and up), such as one per apartment, counts as one user. Members you deactivate stop counting.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time as your needs change.
Do we need to install anything?
No. Everything runs right in the browser — on phone, tablet and computer. No app to install, and no hardware unless you add the smart-lock add-on.
Is the 30-day trial really free?
Yes. Every account starts with a 30-day free trial with no credit card. During the trial you get every Pro feature with no caps on resources or users, whichever plan you picked. When it ends, you choose a plan to keep going; you can cancel at any time. The smart-lock add-on is not part of the trial.
Which languages does Tiddel come in?
Tiddel comes in English, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish and German. Every member picks the language Tiddel shows them, on every plan. Multiple content languages, on Pro, is for your own content: the names of your resources and resource types in more than one language.
