Who is responsible?
Nilzén Sweden AB is the data controller for this website and the contact form. You can reach us at support@tiddel.app.
What we keep
When you write to us through the contact form, we keep your name, your email address and your message. Nothing else.
Why
So we can reply and follow up on what you asked. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering questions and, if you’re looking to become a customer, taking steps before entering into a contract. We may get back to you about your question, but we don’t send newsletters or marketing emails. If we ever start, we’ll ask you first.
Where it is stored
Your message goes into our support system and our customer register. We run both ourselves, on our own servers in Sweden. Our replies are sent through Microsoft 365. Notifications about new requests go through the email service Resend and the chat service Discord, and if the form can’t reach the support system directly, your message is sent as an email through Resend instead. All three are run by US companies, so your data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA. Those transfers are protected by the EU’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long
We keep the data for 24 months after our last contact and then delete it. If you become a customer, the customer agreement applies instead.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- know what data we hold about you (a copy of your data)
- have mistakes corrected
- have your data deleted
- object to us processing it
- ask us to restrict how we process it

If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se, or to the data protection authority where you live.
