Can we see afterwards who booked the range?
Yes. Admins can always see who booked which lane and when (anonymous walk-in bookings on a booking display aside), and members can too unless you hide booker names. A booking only shows who booked, not who actually shot, so keep the club log as you do today; the bookings help with questions from the range officer.
Can different ranges have different rules?
Yes. Each range and lane has its own opening hours, blocked days and, from the Standard plan, per-member limit, so the indoor hall can follow different rules than the 300 m range.
