Can we book rooms, courts and equipment?
Yes. Anything shared by more than one person can be a resource: the clubhouse, the court, the locker room, instruments or trailers. It all books in the same calendar.
Can different resources have different rules?
Yes. Every resource has its own opening hours, slot length, blocked time and, from the Standard plan, per-member limits. Hall time can follow completely different rules than a trailer.
Can a coach book on behalf of a team?
Every booking is made in a member’s name, so admins can see who is responsible for each slot. A coach books the team’s time in their own name.
Does it work for a small club?
Yes. Counting everyone with a login, admins included: Starter covers 1 resource and 5 people; Standard 5 resources and 25 people; Pro 25 resources and 150 people. Start with the resources you have and move up a plan as you grow.
